The Hardwick Town House is available to our community and may be rented by any for profit or non-profit individual or organization. Official rates are listed below. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions about these rates; in certain cases, we may be able to negotiate a barter allowance to augment payment of these fees.

Community & Non-Profit Organization Rates
Lecture/Reading $50 + announcement to invite audience members to make a donation to the Town House
Performance $100 plus 1/3 of ticket price per audience member in attendance.
Rehearsal $20 per day of usage

Workshop Activity $100 per week
Performance $500 per week
*includes keys to building and cleaning weekly or before and after scheduled performances
